General Information:

A. Erickson Senior Living is dedicated to keeping all information secure. This new login process will help us in securing our resident’s information.

A. If you have previously use My Erickson, your login information will not change.

A. No, you can always use a Guest account to view general information in My Erickson. If you would like to see things such as resident directory, Dining Balances, billing information and Patient Portal, you will need to create an account. Click on [Create New Account] to start the process.

A. Reach out to Resident Life with questions about the information within My Erickson.

New Features

Keep Me Logged In

You can now stay signed into My Erickson on your personal devices. When logging into a Public Devices, please uncheck the Keep Me Logged In option.

Self-Registration

Residents are now able to create their own account on demand. Click the [Register Now] button and follow the steps.

Show/Hide Password

You are now able to see your entered password before logging into My Erickson. Click on the eye to see what has been entered into the screen.

Password Questions

A. Each password must meet the below requirements:

  1. 8+ Characters
  2. Cannot be one of the last 3 passwords used

A. Passwords do expire and need to be reset every 182 days.

A. If you have entered your password incorrectly too many times, your account will lock. Please reach out to the Service Desk for additional support.

A. There is a password recovers process. Click [Forgot Password] link and follow the 2 steps to recover your password.

A. If you use a password management tool, you can use it to save this password. You will have to resave your My Erickson password into your password management system to reflect the changes to the page.

Email Questions

A. Yes, every My Erickson account needs an individual email address.

A. Yes you can, but you would need to create another email account. There are many free email systems available including gmail and yahoo. Each email site will have directions on how to set up a new email.

A. Call the Erickson Service Desk (number below) to update your email in My Erickson.
